FAQ

  • Individual visitors do not need to register for free visits. Group visits with 12 or more guests, please book your visit online.

  • Pets are welcome, except for indoor areas (pets in arm or any carriers would not be permitted either). Pets shall be securely held on a leash; according to the guidelines from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, ‘Large Dogs’ shall wear a muzzle. Please clean after you pets to help us keeping the venue clean and hygiene.

  • Direct public transport routes are available from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. No parking spaces are available in the Farm. The nearest parking lot is located in Chi Fu Landmark, with a walking distance of 10-minute from the Farm. Visitors are recommended to visit the Farm using public transports.   • • According to the weather forecast by the Hong Kong Observatory, if the black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, The Pokfulam Farm will be closed. The Farm will open three hours after the corresponding warning signal is lowered. If the warning signal is lowered at or after 3pm, the Farm will remain closed that day.

    • If the red or above rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 3 or above is hoisted or still in force three hours before the event, all events and activities will be cancelled.

    • If the red rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 3 is hoisted during the event, the event will continue unless the venue must be closed for safety reasons; if the participant decides to suspend or withdraw from the event, rescheduling or refund will not be arranged.

    • For free guided tours that cannot be held as scheduled due to adverse weather, participants can reschedule to another date within three months, there will not be any refund for Popticket handling fee, further arrangement will be notified via email.

    • For group events that cannot be held as scheduled due to adverse weather, applicants can reschedule to another date within three months, please submit a written application to The Pokfulam Farm within 15 working days, otherwise it will be considered invalid. Once the event date is rescheduled, it cannot be changed again.

    • For public paid activities that cannot be held as scheduled due to adverse weather, participants can reschedule to the same or other activity on another date or request for refund, further arrangement will be notified via email.

    • The Pokfulam Farm will not be responsible for any loss caused by such circumstances. The Pokfulam Farm reserves the rights for final decision in case of any dispute.

  • Except Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays, scooters and bicycles are allowed in the outdoor areas. Please follow the instructions from on-site staff to ensure public safety or order. No parking available for bicycles. Please do not create obstruction to the others. The Farm is not responsible for any property, including unattended bicycles, of the visitors.

  • Without prior permission, playing ball games, flying kites or operating unmanned aircraft systems are not allowed.

  • The Farm has a small scale exhibition with limited quotas for guided tours. Please refer to our homepage for upcoming workshops and activities.

  • Currently The Pokfulam Farm has been a place to showcase the local history and culture of the Pokfulam area with no living animals (e.g. diary cows). Workshops related to the operation of the Farm and rearing of dairy cows will be introduced in the near future.

  • No person shall, without the prior consent of The Pokfulam Farm, carry on any business and any activity as a hawker, including commercial filming, photographs, recording etc. (e.g. shooting for wedding). Please contact us at info@pokfulamfarm.org.hk for any enquiry.
